Shipping policy

Our printed orders ship from our partnered printers through Gelato. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered. A tracking number will be generated and uploaded to the store once shipped.

Pottery and other handmade goods are fulfilled and shipped from our location in Palm Coast, FL using USPS shipping methods. We inspect and pack every ware securely for you to ensure quality. A tracking number will be uploaded once the order is shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for handling. Made to order items can take up to 6 weeks to be created due to the process.

If you wish to purchase expedited shipping, please let us know so we can upgrade your shipping speed.

We accept credit cards and PayPal on our online site. Our in-store location also accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp.
